Blade Weaver is one of the Spellblade Passives which is unlocked at level 20. Requires Mage level 20 and masteries unlocked.
Description
4% increased melee damage per point for each spell you have cast in the past 4 seconds.

When you use a melee attack that costs less than 10 Mana you gain a stack of Blade Weaving.
When you use a melee attack that costs 10 or more mana the stacks are consumed and the attack deals 15% more Elemental Damage (multiplicative ith other modifiers) per stack consumed.
The damage bonus also affects the damage dealt by all the ailments the attack applies and the spells it triggers from its trees, excluding equipable spells.
