Endurance is one of the Character Stats for Characters.
Overview[]
Endurance is a defensive percentage stat that mitigates against hits on very low health. When a hit reduces the player's health below their endurance threshold, they take reduced damage for that portion, equivalent to their Endurance. Damage to Ward is not reduced by Endurance.
Limit[]
Players have a default Endurance rate of 20% and a default Endurance Threshold of 20% Health. Endurance can be increased to an upper cap of 60%, while Endurance Threshold can scale infinitely. Both stats can be improved by crafting certain Affixes on items, or taking Passives and improving Skills.
UI[]

When the mouse is hovered over the health orb in the lower left, a tooltip appears and the orb will be divided by a yellow line, indicating Endurance Threshold relative to maximum health. The tooltip displays both Endurance and Endurance Threshold, as well as various health stats.
