10% increased Damage Over Time per allocated point if you're holding a One Handed Weapon without a Shield.

Must be holding a Wand, Sceptre, One Handed Sword, One Handed Blunt Weapon, or One Handed Axe with no Shield for the passive bonus. You will however still gain the passive bonus if you are holding an Offhand that is not a shield (e.g. a Catalyst).
