The Immortal Empire's actions on conquering the North seems to draw close to its end. With one of the rival clans assimilated, the Traveler proceeds to fight Formosus the Undying, the leader of the Immortal invasion to death.
After Formosus falls, the rest of the living Wengari are freed, and the clan's chieftain welcomes the Traveler in their ranks. He admits realizing their lack of union with the other Wengari, and the damage has already been done, as the undead invasions will return in larger force, therefore the Wengari are forced to flee their homeland.
